1. What TickBit is

TickBit is an online scratch-card and lottery-ticket game of chance where players buy digital cards with cryptocurrency and reveal a randomized outcome. Every prize tier's odds and payout table are published inside the app and may be updated by TickBit at any time; the current table always governs live play.

2. Eligibility

By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that participating in games of chance for real value is legal where you live. It is your responsibility to know and follow your local laws. TickBit may restrict or close accounts from jurisdictions where this service is not permitted.

3. Your account

• One account per person. Duplicate, shared, or bot-operated accounts may be suspended and any balance forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your password (and 2FA device, if enabled) secure. TickBit is not liable for losses caused by a compromised login that resulted from you sharing credentials or reusing a leaked password.
• Referral rewards apply only to genuine, distinct new players. Self-referral or fake-referral farming will be reversed.

4. Deposits

• Deposits are cryptocurrency transactions and are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Always send the exact coin shown on the deposit screen, over the exact network shown — sending the wrong asset or the wrong network can result in permanent loss of funds that TickBit cannot recover.
• Your balance is credited after the required number of network confirmations. Confirmation time depends on the network and is outside TickBit's control.
• Minimum deposit amounts, if any, are shown on the deposit screen at the time of sending.

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are sent to the address you provide. Double-check the address and network before submitting — TickBit cannot reverse a withdrawal sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a minimum amount and manual review before being sent, shown on the withdrawal screen.
• TickBit may delay or decline a withdrawal to investigate suspected fraud, multi-accounting, or abuse of promotions (welcome bonus, referral rewards, free cards).

6. Fairness

Every card and lottery ticket outcome is generated server-side using a weighted-random draw against a published prize table. Because crypto transactions cannot be charged back, there are no chargebacks or payment disputes on losing plays — the outcome of a completed play is final.

7. Responsible play

TickBit is entertainment, not an investment. Never deposit money you cannot afford to lose. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, stop and seek help from a local responsible-gambling service.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use bots, scripts, exploits, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage; attempt to reverse-engineer the random-outcome system; launder funds through the platform; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

9. Privacy — what we collect

• Account data: name, username, email address, and a hashed (never plain-text) password.
• Transaction data: your deposit addresses, deposit/withdrawal amounts, coin, and on-chain transaction IDs — this is inherent to operating a crypto wallet and cannot be turned off.
• Usage data: login timestamps and basic technical logs (IP address, browser) kept for security and fraud prevention.
• Support data: messages you send through in-app support, kept to resolve your request and for quality review.

10. Privacy — how we use it

Your data is used only to operate your account, process deposits/withdrawals, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except where required to comply with law, or with a service we use to run the platform (for example, hosting) under an obligation to protect it.

11. Cookies & local storage

TickBit stores your login session in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. This is required for the app to function and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the product changes. Continuing to use TickBit after an update means you accept the current version. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
